Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags and accessories included. Some products may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons.

How to return an item
Contact our support team with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will send you instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to change a size or model is to return the original item and place a new order.
